The Phillips area is your destination for a true Northwoods vacation!   We are well-known to outdoor enthusiasts for:

 Over a million acres of national forests surrounding the area for public hunting, fishing and other recreation.

  The Phillips Chain of Lakes winding through the city of Phillips offering trophy fishing.  Surrounding lakes and the nearby Flambeau River offer additional acres of recreational opportunities. Price County boasts 18,000 acres of lakes.

  Over 550 miles of snowmobile trails which are well-known as some of the most scenic and best maintained trails in Wisconsin.

We also offer a full range of recreational activities, including kayak and canoe rentals, an 18-hole golf course and clubhouse, indoor community swimming pool, excellent camping facilities, breathtaking snowmobiling, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails, mountain bike and ATV trails, and scenic hiking and walking trails.


The Phillips area provides a wonderful array of accommodations including motel rooms, vacation homes and cabin rentals, lakeside resorts and lodges.  Most are situated on a lakefront and offer swimming, boating, and play areas for children.  Downtown” Phillips bustles with unique shops, great food and spirits, a full-service grocery with a pharmacy, bakery and deli, convenience stores, and other necessities.

May 26........Memorial Day Celebration, Parade at 9 a.m., Lakeside Cemetery Service at 10:15 a.m.
