Balsam Lane Cottage is a full
house keeping cottage located on the North West side of Solberg Lake
just west of Phillips, WI. Solberg
Lake is just about a 1000 acer lake with good fishing all year,
including Ice Fishing. You
have a beautiful view from the cottage and from every point of the land.
Including in your rental of Balsam Lane Cottage you have the use of a
Fishing Boat. On shore is a fire pit and up close to the cottage you
have a picnic table and a gas grill for grilling those fish you
caught.Balsam Lane Cottage has two good size bedrooms, one with a Queen
size bed and the other with a double size bed. The bathroom is also an
ample size, plenty of room to move around in.The Kitchen/Living room
area is a gracious 16' x 16' in size. It's been designed as a "full
house keeping" cottage with all the comforts of home. For your enjoyment
there is a 27" TV with a large selection of DirecTV programming to
watch.On those Hot summer nights you can rest comfortable and get a good
night sleep with the central air-conditioning. Balsam Lane Cottage is
open all year and we rent by the week during June, July & Aug. All other
times of the year we accept a minimum of 2 night stay.

Birch Island Resort offers three year round cabins within 20’ of the lake. Each cabin has two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and a bathroom. Cabins are non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Kenneled hunting dogs are allowed outside the cabins during hunting season.

Lake, Brumley's Resort consists of three cabins: a one, two, and three
bedroom all located on the lakeshore, and a bar on the property. Each
cabin includes a bathroom with a shower, refrigerator, microwave,
coffeemaker, a complete kitchen, and a fishing boat (no motor).
Kitchen equipment and bedding are furnished, but please bring your own
towels. A boat launch, picnic tables, and a fire pit are available.

a new 2000 sq. ft. log home, is on Solberg Lake. Water recreation
includes swimming in the clear water, fishing, boating and water skiing.
Nearby recreation includes hunting, golf, tennis, hiking, bicycling and
cross country skiing. Chequamegon National Forest and it's many
miles of snowmobile, hunting and hiking trails are within minutes of the
resort. You can snowmobile from your cabin to miles of groomed
trails. Sollberg Lake covers almost 1000 acres and has a maximum
depth of 20 beet. Fish include panfish, musky, northern pike,
perch, walleye and more. |
