    Sponsored By: Phillips Moose Lodge #2661 and the Phillips Public Library
    When: During the Phillips Fall Festival, Saturday, September 28, 2019
    Where: The New First Presbyterian Church
    Cost: Free!
    Ages: Kindergarten through 8th Grade
    Time: 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM
    How: 15 games of regular bingo will be played. Daubers (crayons) will be provided
    Prizes: A book may be selected from an "age appropriate" table
    Concession will be sold: Hot dogs and Lemonade
    Conclusion: Each child will receive a book when they leave. Each child will receive an "ice cream" treat.
